Keysource has been recognised at the DCS Awards 2013 for its ability to design and build innovative, highly efficient and resilient data centres. The company teamed up with AIMES Grid Services, a leading provider of cloud services, to scoop the Private Sector Project of the Year category for the development of a facility located on the secure Liverpool Innovation Park, which is part of an ongoing £5 million infrastructure investment.
The winners of the 19 awards were announced at a prestigious awards ceremony at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel & Conference Centre in London in front of over 300 data centre professionals from across Europe. The event featured a hilarious session from comedian Sanderson Jones and music from AudioBox.
Rob Elder, Director of Keysource said: “This award is recognition of the strategic relationship we have developed with AIMES that embraces new technologies to further improve efficiency and deliver high performance data centres. We are delighted that this exciting project has been selected by our peers and the sector as a whole as a leading example of innovation and industry best practice.”
